The data folder is selected only the first time. The browser remembers it using IndexedDB and automatically reconnects on refresh/open when permission is still available.
Select a menu item. Name, category, price and GST are fetched automatically from Menu.xlsx. Only quantity is editable.

All saved bills are loaded from MASTER_SALES.xlsx. Select an old bill and click Reprint Selected Bill. You can also load the selected bill into the current screen if you need to edit it.
